This includes the PSD file, FULL copyright to the design (you may call it your work) and we will not display your design in our portfolio page.
Regarding the layouts, coding and designs: We include in the template instructions on where to place links and where to put content. For PHP we include instruction on how OUR PHP works ONLY. We do not provide a tutorial on the PHP language but include resources where you may learn how it works.

~ Welcome to Eye 4 Designs Feature Site. To the left is our current project called Naruto Online. This site is about one of the HOTTEST animes in Japan and suprisingly America. This anime is featured in A popular magazine as well as all over the internet. The design was based around the colors of the animes main character. The owner of this site is a FANATIC about this anime and I beleive it will be one of the Biggest and best places for Information about this series.
